We stand by our mission 110%, so we always want you to be pleased with our services. If you have any questions or concerns about the services that you received, I would love to speak with you within three days of your appointment.

Our Policies

SHARE THE BEAUTY

We know you’re already telling your friends, family and co-workers how much you love STUDIO.A, so we would love to reward you! We invite you to enjoy a $10 gift certificate for every new guest you refer. You just have them mention your name at their first appointment. 

CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS

All non-bridal party reservations must cancel at least 48 hours before the appointment to avoid being charged 50% of the full reservation scheduled.

We will require a credit card on file and deposit of $50 to reserve any services totaling $75+. The deposit will go toward your total at your appointment.

  • 100% charged to credit card on file for no-shows
  • 50% charged for same-day reschedules, 100% charged if no reschedule
  • 3 no-shows/same day cancellations and you will be considered a walk-in only guest

Packages, multiple service appointments, and group bookings require credit card information to hold your appointment. This information will be used only for cancellations within 24 hours and/or no-shows.

In the event you miss three consecutive appointments without contacting the salon, you will be unable to schedule future appointments. However, you may be considered as a walk-in.

TARDINESS

If for any reason you are expecting to be tardy by 5 minutes or more to your scheduled reservation, please call us! (712) 578-3030

Accommodating late guests can disrupt other guests’ appointments that are scheduled the same day.  Please be aware, in the unfortunate event you are late, we cannot guarantee that your services will be performed that day. Tardiness may require rescheduling your appointment.

PRODUCTS

If you are not 100% pleased with a product, you may return it to us at least three forth’s full for a credit to your account or an exchange for another great Kevin Murphy product. We keep your receipts on file for you so there will be no need to worry about keeping them. Please feel free to stop by to try any of our products before you buy. We offer samples of all non-aerosol products and LOVE to educate you regarding proper use.

CHILDREN

To maintain a safe and comfortable environment, children must be attended by another adult not receiving a service.  Salon staff are not able to monitor children.

CELLPHONES

As a courtesy to other guests and to your service provider, please refrain from cell phone use in the salon area. Please be sure that your phone is kept on silent during your visit. This is YOUR time to relax!
